Hi,
How do i know which all license's and updates need to be retained blocking user web browsing?
Can anyone help me on this please?

If l understand your question correctly you can block web-browsing (general one) even without licences just using an app-id or for more granular restriction you have to have a URL filtering licences.

If you simply want to block all web-browsing, you wouldn't need any licences as web-browsing application is provided in the base installation
If you have an active support license (bare minimum) you are entitled to download weekly application updates that keep your decoders and applications updated, in case something were to change in the way web-browsing needs to be identified
if you are aiming at blocking certain URLs, this can also be accomplished without a license by creating a custom category and applying it in a security policy. if you need to block URL categories, you will need an URL filtering license
