hi,
i was looking for a way on how to block files based on size like to block files which is greator than 3mb for exmaple.
i thought it could be created in custom vulnerability but i cant find.. so is it possible ?

No, the file blocking feature in 3.1.X does not have an option for blocking downloads based upon the size of a file.

Hi, as stated in the earlier reply there is not a function to block file on size. There is on the other hand a document that descirbes how you can control download of movies based on size. This might lead you in the direction you want with the custom signatures.
