We have Google safesearch enabled via the DNS hack and allow educational / restricted YouTube videos. One of the staff has an issue with a specific video, is there a method to block just a specific video?

Yes you can but you need to decrypt SSL traffic for that.
Without SSL decyption Palo does not see full path of the video URL.

Hello Raido,
I was hoping there was some other way, we are using the 'safe' restricted viewing since we really don't have the CPU available on the Palo to decrypt all that traffic.. Oh well... it makes sense that you can't block what you can't see...

Decryption does not have to be all/nothing.
You can be more specific with custom URL categories.

We also do not have all/nothing model. We inspect SSL on some categories and do not inspect on some categories. Youtube falls into the category that we do not inspect SSL.
