I have a PA-440 that needs firmware updates to resolve a vulnerability. Can't upgrade through the web gui because the downloads fail and logs don't give me anything descriptive. I try logging into the customer portal to grab the firmware download or submit a ticket and I get this:
When I go to contact support over the phone (as suggested by the hyperlink in that image) I get a message saying I can't submit a ticket over the phone and have to do it through the portal, which obviously doesn't work either. Anyone else dealing with this? Is there any workaround here?
