Can you provide more details? The TS Agent installer performs compatibility checks (if the platform is not compatible, you will receive an error). It uninstalls older agents before installing the new and if you are installing a TS Agent version that has a newer driver, you will be prompted to reboot the system. These variables should be considered when you think about your deployment solution. You may want to be more hands-on with the installation of your Agent because these can be considered possible points of failure for you.
