When adding ztp firewalls to the Panorama we see the following error in the Panorama´s ztp plugin logs:
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.
Any idea what the problem can be?

I would double check the CSP and verify that your Panorama is correctly associated with the ZTP Service. You also want to make sure the admin account used to add ZTP firewalls to Panorama has the necessary roles: Superuser, Panorama admin, or ZTP installer admin.
If that all looks good to you and you have the ZTP plugin successfully installed. Go to the CLI and enter these commands to verify the ZTP service status:
> request plugins ztp panorama-registration
> request plugins ztp ztp-sync-status
