Hi,
I have a small problem. I cannot ping and access the ip address of my external interfaces although I can ping their default gateway. I already assigned interface mgmt for each interface and allowed ping, https, ssh and response pages but no luck. I will use this to remotely access PAN and enable SSL VPN.
Please help.
Thanks,
Rex

Hi Renato,
Yes, I have a security rule that allows any services and enable interface management as well for that untrusted interface. This happens after I upgrade my box from version 3.1.7 to 4.0.5. Before I could SSL VPN to my box and remote its interface as well.
Thanks,
Rex

Hi Rex,
It appears you've covered all bases and at this point, outside of performing pcaps on the pan device, I would suggest calling PAN Support to get a case open and perform a live debug session.
Regards,
Renato
