Hi @Pedro-Garate ,

you are still running MineMeld on Ubuntu 14.04. As Ubuntu 14.04 is End Of Support, starting with MineMeld 0.9.60 we switched to Ubuntu 16.04.

Suggestion:

- Export a full backup from your instance (System > Export)

- Install a new Ubuntu 16.04 instance

- Follow the instructions here: https://live.paloaltonetworks.com/t5/MineMeld-Articles/Manually-install-MineMeld-on-Ubuntu-Server-16...

- Reboot

- Install and reactivate MineMeld extensions (if needed)

- Import your backup on the new instance System > Import
