5.0.11 - we've had Captive Portal in place for months using a Kerberos authentication profile - nothing has been changed.
All of a sudden people aren't seeing the normal Captive Portal page (with the credential boxes in the middle of the screen) they're seeing just the username and password box in the top left of the browser window - this happens with any client and any browser.
When they enter credentials they simply get rejected and the Palo Alto logs it as "Authentication Profile not found for the user".
Support are looking at it but does anyone have any ideas please?

Hello
Did you all make any recent config changes, like enable multi vsys?

Nope, literally nothing - and it's strange how the portal page looks different (at first I thought a client had been hijacked but now all clients do it, Windows/Linux/whatever and the authentication attempts are logged by the Palo Alto so it's clearly some kind of Palo Alto page.

Thanks for your response.Perhaps this needs a deeper look. Would you be able to create a support case to have the PAN engineers take a look? Or, could you please try and restart the web server?
debug software restart web-server
