Hi,

Are you trying to add a static route in your virtual router?

If so, it is not necessary to select the interface. You would be able to commit without selceting an interface.

All you need is the following:-

Name:- Default

Destination:-  0.0.0.0/0

Interface:-

Next Hop:- Ip address

Ip:- 196.34.23.1

Metric :-10

Please see the attached screenshot if that is something you want to do.

Also, make sure in your Network Tab, Interfaces are configured to have a Virtual router.

If that is configured, I think you should be able to add the routes.

If the issue still exists please open a support ticket with Palo Alto Networks and we would be happy to help you out.

Thanks

Parth
