How long have you actually waited once the device is connected? The agent determines when to upgrade when new content is available, and will do so at random within a 6-hour window of notification that it's available. There's also multiple settings available to admins that will come into play regarding that upgrade timeframe as well.
To be clear though, the agent isn't expected to immediately update when a content upgrade is available. I wouldn't worry too much about it unless you've gone like a day or two without getting the upgrade.
Endpoint is in connected state from more than month but still content is not not getting updated.
is there any way to update the same manually from console or other things that can use for content update.
