The firewall has flooded the system logs with the following message:
Traffic and logging are resumed since traffic-stop-on-logdb-full feature has been disabled.
Software Version- 8.0.3-h4

Disk space looks fine:
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
/dev/sda2 3.8G 2.7G 897M 76% /
/dev/sda5 7.6G 3.0G 4.2G 42% /opt/pancfg
/dev/sda6 3.8G 2.7G 929M 75% /opt/panrepo
tmpfs 1.9G 116M 1.8G 7% /dev/shm

You are running a software version that is vastly out of date, and honestly from before I would have even recommended 8.0 be put on production equipment. I would look at upgrading to 8.0.14 or 8.0.15. you are running into PAN-80660 which was addressed in 8.0.6
** by out-of-date I simply mean that the version is far from the current release within the 8.0.* line of code; not that the version isn't actually supported.
