Hello Community,
We are unable to access the Palo Alto Networks Customer Support Portal:
https://supportcases.paloaltonetworks.com/
The portal displays the following message:
“This website is down for maintenance. Sorry for the inconvenience. We'll be back shortly.”
We observed this issue on 23 October 2026 at approximately 10:44 AM IST.
Could anyone confirm whether the support portal is experiencing a planned maintenance activity or an ongoing service outage?
We need to access the portal to manage or raise technical support cases. Please advise if there is an alternative way to open a support case while the portal is unavailable.
