Hello all , Thanks to check my problem as below 

Palo Alto Firewall cannot resolve DNS Server IP Address

CURL ERROR: Could not resolve host: serverlist.urlcloud.paloaltonetworks.com

Failed to resolve host wildfire.paloaltonetworks.com

please i will waiting for your swift feedback to solve , thanks alot

if you don't use management interface for DNS lookups, make sure that you have a service route configured

@MohamedAbbas,

Plenty of reports of this issue today and I experienced it on a handful of my equipment as well. Seemed to be regional at any given time instead of a global issue where everyone experienced it all at one. As far as I can tell, it appears to be fully resolved at this point across all of my equipment regardless of region. 

so its global problem related to Palo alto Cloud ? , thanks
