I am having some difficulties creating a cusom file blocking continue page. Specifically the Continue button. I Have followed the Tech Note on creating custom response pages, however I am still unsuccessful in creating the button using the <pan_form/> variable.
Exporting the factory-default file block continue page show that the <cookie/> variable being utilized. Should this be used in conjunction with the <pan_form/> variable? Does anyone have some examples or have successfully created a custom file blocking continue page?

Looks like I solved my own issue. You must utilize the <cookie/> variable to get the continue button to function properly. Perhaps they have not updated the documentation to reflect this.
