Working with Custom reports in Panorama, there are several databases that can be chosen to create reports.
We have the ones that start with 'Panorama...', such as Panorama Data Filtering Logs, panorama Threat Logs, etc and ythe ones that don't have 'Oanorama...' word, such as 'Data Filtering Logs', 'Threat Logs', etc.
Can someone explain the difference between these Databases, as they seem to give different data.
Do you have any good documentation explaining how to use and generate customer reports.

Hi There,
The logs that mention Panorama take the log information from Panorama exclusively.
The logs that do not mention Panorama create reports by doing a distributed request to all devices connected to Panorama.
There is an example of how to create reports on page 183 of the 3.1 Admin Guide.
There are also some custom report examples for PCI in the DevCenter - although they may not be what you require, they are indeed good examples.
I hope this helps?
Thanks
James
