Geeting message "Your membership has expired or has not been approved, please contact Palo Alto Networks Support." while trying to raise Case in palo alto network portal.

Hi Team, Need to raise TAC case for palo alto firewall but when i login portal getting below message.

unauthorized access.

your membership has expired or has not been approved. Please contact Palo alto network support.
