Hi everyone,
I use PAN-OS 3.1.6, I want to customize url report by filter some website don't show in my customize url report. I try use filter by url and operation is "!=" but it doesn't work. How I do it ?

Hi...The filter for url is to perform an exact match url=www.cnn.com or a partial match like url contains cnn.com. I don't think it is possible to define 'not equal' as in url != www.cnn.com.

In PAN-OS 3.1.x doen't has operation contain. It has only "present", "=" and "!=". That mean, in case I must use "contian" operation I must upgrade PAN-OS that right?

You can try 'present'. I think that may be the same as 'contains'.
