we are seeing an issue where device is not transferring traffic as the number of internal users increases to 100.

user number is very low for that model.it should be related to something else...
you should check the traffic for that time period from ACC or with a custom report
some client or clients may interrupt the device with huge packet rates(behaves like an attack)
Also use zone protection to see if anything matches at that time.

Hello Satish,
As Panos mentioned, could you please run below mentioned CLI command to verify data-plane resources.
> show running resource-monitor ------ dataplane CPU cycle, packet buffer etc
> > debug dataplane pool statistics ------- available pools
> show session meter ----total number of active session
> show session info ---- total session, packet rate, new connection establishment rate. ( packet rate might go high, if there is any attack)
