does anyone know where to download palo alto 2000 platform because i can't search PA2000 platform in software updates.

Hello Tee,

When you login into support portal, the following gives the link to download software for 2K platform:

https://support.paloaltonetworks.com/Updates/SoftwareUpdates/245

Or if your Pa-2020 has an internet connection, then:

Please login to https://support.paloaltonetworks.com  > Software Updates > Then filter PAN OS by Platform ( left hand corner).

Do you have any PA 2000 series FW registered in your account. You can verify the same information under support portal > ASSETS > Device.
