Hello to everyone, I hope someone could help me.
When I generate PDF Reports by User-Activity I receive a .CSV File instead of a PDF File with the following line in the file.
Error in data download: /opt/pancfg/session/pan/csv/0052551788358449.csv not present |
Do someone know why is this happening?

This could be an issue with the browser. Try a different browser and also try shortning the time frame for the user activity report. I would suggest opening a case with support and to have somone take a look at the firewall.

Thank you for your response we tried with a different browser (Mozzilla FireFox) and shows the same issue.
I think that I will open a case.
