Error parsing pdf file

Using PAN OS 3.0.8 on PA-4060, I got the normal correct report Daily_hfw_Reports_20110511.pdf

But when upgraded to PAN OS 4.0.2, the first page incorrectly changed to Error parsing pdf file as shown in

1-20110518Daily_hfw_Reports.pdf

Please kindly give me any solution for correct report.

it was still generated "Error parsing pdf file" in the first page of daily report as shown in 1-20110524Daily_hfw_Reports.pdf

After the continuous run for more than a week, I have no clue why the report of 2011-05-25 was skipped?

And this morning, I got empty report as shown in 1-20110526Daily_hfw_Reports.pdf. Any upgrade needed to be PAN OS 4.0.3?

Are you able to manually run the pdf summary reports (Monitor tab > Reports > PDF Summary Reports) by selecting dates from the calendar? Try re-creating the pdf summary report and either add it to the existing report goup or create a new report group and see if that makes any difference

When I manually ran the pdf summary reports (Monitor tab > Reports > PDF
Summary Reports) no date between May 28-30 that I can select after my last post above on May 26 as in hfw_Error_parsing_pdf_file_2Jun2011.PNG.

When I clicked on May 31, I got 86400s-ending-20110531.pdf. And even worse for automatic daily report that I got by e-mail 1-20110531Daily_hfw_Reports.pdf, There is no xxxxxxx report on Tuesday, May 31. 😞

When clicked on Monitor > Report > ... there were missing reports, it should produce report everyday but it did not as you may se from  ufw_Error_parsing_pdf_file_2Jun2011.PNG. The daily report I got from e-mail had Error parsing pdf file on the first page

1-20110601Daily_ufw_Reports.pdf. When clicked on June 1st, I got 86400s-ending-20110601.pdf.
