PANOS- 8.1.12h3. .When I export monitoring logs in excel . It doesn't show decryption flag info even when I can see decryption (yes/no)
in the monitoring logs.

Unfortunately you are correct, it looks like CSV log export does not contain "Decrypted" as separate field.
However I assume the data is actually there, if you look in the CSV you will find field called "Flags". I assume it containe the value of the different flags that could be related to the session.
The problem is that value is in HEX and it will be hard to identify which value is for the "decrypted" flag.
