Fail to fetch EDL form Cortex XDR on PANOS

Hi all,

 

I have followed on the KB (https://knowledgebase.paloaltonetworks.com/KCSArticleDetail?id=kA10g000000CmqFCAS) but still no luck to fix the issue. service route is using default and certificate Profile is using Root CA as well

@Tutchapon,

Just to verify that you are using the gd-class2-root.crt in the certificate profile and you've verified that the firewall is actually allowed to pull the list via your security rulebase and the traffic isn't getting dropped. It looks like your failing on the SSL cert.
