Hello all

The problem began 3-4 days ago WF -500 stop to get updates.In the Dynamic Updates section when we click check now button the updates of Antivirus and Apps and Threats is ok but not WF-500 UPDATES

PA Firewall can not register in WF-500

 

less mp-log wf_curl.logless mp-log wf_curl.logless mp-log wf_curl.log

WF-500 return HTTP 502 (Bad Gateway) response code.

 Device registered in public cloud - OK.

Device NOT registered in private WF-500.

WF-500 registration requests return HTTP 502 error code (Bad Gateway)

 Cant connect to appWeb unix socket (/var/tmp/appWeb.socket) and return HTTP 502 error.

Show listening WF-500 sockets, /var/tmp/appWeb.socket - not listening - WHY!!!!!

There are a number of known issues with WF-500 appliances and 8.1. Please reach out to TAC so that they can do diagnosis on your particular issue and I would personally suggest upgrading to 8.1.2 prior to even doing that if you want to run 8.1. Honestly I would probably have a good debate about rolling this back to 8.0.10.
