Hi Experts,
We want to remove the configuration from the failure firewall before shipping faulty device back to PA. Since firewall isn’t booting up, we’d not be able to do “Factory Reset” to wipe out old config.
We need to delete old configs. Can someone please assist

Hello,
From cli, run the following command:
request system private-data-reset
Erases all the logs and IP configuration and settings. except management IP address.

You would need to remove the drives if assessable and remove the files manually via whatever you mount the drives in. Sadly if the device is fully non-functional and isn't large enough to allow removable drives this isn't something that can be done.
