What cert is it presenting? Are you doing ssl inspection at all and possibly have the untrusted cert marked as the forward trust cert (or just in general your clients dont trust the forward trust cert)?

Hi Claw,
Thank You for your response!
Yes, clients do not trust forward trust certificates. On firewall we are not blocking anything for paid customers and only they are having problem with chrome on laptop. Otherwise they can access Safari or on other devices with the same account.
Thankyou

Respectfully, you don't really answer the questions @Claw4609 asked. Do you, or do you not, have SSL Decryption setup for this traffic? What certificate is being presented to the client? The error that you are receiving would indicate that you are inspecting the traffic, and if you're inspecting traffic you'd want all connected clients to trust the forward trust certificate that you are utilizing.
Additionally what version of PAN-OS are you working with here? Kind of seems like what you're working with might be a little dated.
