I have a user who is trying to install the Global Protect VPN client on a personal laptop. She is getting an error I have never seen before.

Client did prveioiusly have the application installed.

When I have had issues with GP reinstall then it has always helped when I deleted its folder from Program Files and went through registry (start > run > regedit) and deleted all globalprotect entries.
