GlobalProtect Data File could not able to download

L2 Linker

The GlobalProtect data file, located on the Device tab > Dynamic Updates contains the OPSWAT file. We could not able to download it.

We have scheduled download but still it is not working and other content update is working fine.

@bit_byte,

Do you have an active Globalprotect Gateway license? I'm not seeing that issue on my lab 10.0.3 installations going back to when they were running 10.0.2, and I'm not seeing any existing bugs noted that would be related. Usually you would expect to see the lastModified properly displayed, and yours appears to be erroring out.

If it's not a licensing issue, I would engage TAC so they can take a look at things. If you had an active update I would recommend removing it and clearing the cache, but there's no indication that you even have one active.
