We have GlobalProtect Agent 6.2.8-c317 yesterday some users could connect but could not access network files or get on the internet. Other user no problem.
Nothing changed on our network other then the GP VPN license expired 2 days ago even though we paid for the renewal 3 weeks ago.
I am not a Palo Alto person and since I cannot get to support what can I do to fix this or is it because the license expired?

Thanks for you reply I checked the logs and the users they all get a IP address from the GP pool but some can connect to the network folder and get on the internet and some cannot.
Is this happening because the license expired?

@J.Cossiboom You can check the traffic logs to see users which were connected and they got the IP address from GP pool.
Traffic logs will show you logs to the Internal Network.
