Hi everyone,
We have a (HIP) check list of security requirements (joined domain, antivirus version etc… ) for our user machines must be comply with this list before our VPN user can access corporate servers.
We want to add Microsoft Patches (updates) to be a criteria for VPN access but im facing an issue with GP v3.1.6 for patch managment, GP not detecting windows updates as per attached screenshot.
anyone have a solution for this issue?
Note: our PANOS 8.0.3 & GP v3.1.6-16 i have upgarded the GP version to 4.2 the same issue.

Could you check the GP client logs, PanGPS.log and PanGPHipMP.log and see if it is reporting any errors.
It could be a software isssue, I would suggested to open a TAC case for the same.
