L2 Linker

Hi,

while deploying Global Protect through LAN it is possible to configure some App settings using the Windows registry or msiexec like pre-deploy the IP address of a preferred Gateway for example.

Is it possible to configure internal host detection through the registry as well?

Best regards,

Marc

@Marc.Luecke Here is a root level view of what you're looking for (I know it says 7.1, but it's the only save link I have access to):

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/globalprotect/7-1/globalprotect-admin/set-up-the-globalprotect-inf...

Here's a view which will provide a more detailed list of Windows registry commands:

As the articles say nothing about setting up internal host detection I assume it is not possible through the registry.

That makes sense because the entry for the reverse lookup has to be on the internal DNS Server and the Firewall as well.

Thanks very much!
