Is there a specific reason that this feature is not yet available? It's a bit of a pain from a readability perspective to have a massive list of Regions tied to multiple policies, to say nothing of having to update multiple policies which may reference the same set of regions.
It just seems as though "region" should just be another thing you can put in an object group... For instance, I'd love to be able to exclude "Europe" and not have to pick Every. Single. Country. therein. I feel like this should be at least relatively easy to achieve...
Maybe I'm doing it wrong. I'm definitely open to either some advice on making this less of a pain point or some feedback from PANW on why this isn't available or isn't an option.

Have you opened a feature request through your SE, and do you know what the FR number is if you opened one? My guess would be that this is likely a feature that not that many customers are asking for, so it's not going to be assigned a very high priority.
