HA peer URL Database set to Mismatch

on logs i see 

Running config not syn with passive device

log shows

i do from gui syn to peer

it remains like that

seems restarting the MP fixed the issue

are these logs normal on the active PA

Active Passive all shows syn from GUI and CLI

When i run the below command

Are these logs normal?

What PanOS version are you running? There was a bug in 7.1 (if I remember correctly), that active member is sending latest url db version to standby but i was failing to receive it and the log message was generated.
