How do I change my "handle" (username shown top right of the page, aka profile name)?

Hi @permafrost ,
You'll need to login to the customer support portal.
Once you're logged in, hover over your email address at the bottom left and click "My Profile".
You'll see your profile settings and in there you can change your "handle".

thanks for the post!
I do not believe you can change it by yourself. Probably best place to ask is filling up this form: Login Assistance. Most of the login related enquiries in the past were handled through this form. I have seen int past a few user to change their profile name, so I am positive it is possible.
