please i want to know if its possible to configure alerts anytime a security policy is created or modified

Hello GalaxyAdmin,

Security policy changes falls under Monitor > Logs > Configuration. You can have an email profile configured on your PAN firewall to forward your configuration-change-logs.

Here is how you would do it:

Under Device > Server profile > Email

Under Device > Log settings > Config
