HELP - VPN IPSEC - SUBNET OVERLAPPING

L0 Member

I require a help
I have to perform a nat in the tunnel, because my network conflicts with that of my other site:
Site 1
192.168.50.0/24
site 2
192.168.50.0/24
Serial connection from site 2 to site 1 to a specific server
192.168.50.0/24 -------- 192.168.50.253 (Server)
I need to do NAT with network 172.50.1.253 at site 1, 192.168.50.253 NAT 172.16.50.253
I have looked for information but I can't understand the scenarios and most of them do NAT in both sites, but in my case I only need to do it in one site.
Could you help me

If subnets are overlapping you need NAT on both sides.

Attaching the document that explains same scenario as you have and how to do step by step.
