How many maximun no of subnets can be configured under same interface ?

Hi Friends,

 

I would like to know , How may maximum no of subnets can be configured under same Vlan/ interface.

 

Up to three i know, its working, See below config

===================================================

ethernet1/2.100    vr:PRD-VR                            192.168.8.1/22  
                                                                                172.16.10.1/23
                                                                                172.20.188.1/22

===================================================

 I want to know maximum no subnets supporetd on PAN FW. (Exclude broadcast issue for now).

Hi @ABKUMAR,

 

This depends on the hardware platform.

You can find the system limits with the following CLI command :

 

@PA-VM> show system state filter cfg.general.max*

Hi Abkumar,

 

If you refer to the number max of secondary IPs on a same interface, it should be 255 IPv4 addresses.
