When setting it up, there is an additional message: 'The authenticity of "mynamecert" cannot be verified
. Can you guide me?"

Hi @HAINVH ,

Can you confirm which guide you're following exactly ?

Can you confirm the OS you're running ?

Kind regards,

-Kim.

Hi @HAINVH ,

Make sure you install GlobalProtect app 6.1.6 for IpadOS 18 and later:

https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/compatibility-matrix/reference/globalprotect/where-can-i-install-t...

Also make sure that in your certificate, the domain name of the server is part of the SAN extension.

Domain names in the CN of the certificate are no longer trusted.

This is a requirement for trusted certs since iOs13 and macOS 10.15

https://support.apple.com/en-us/103769

Hope this helps,

-Kim.
