How to check Link Utilization

how i can Check if my Internet is being utilized to its full potential or it is not being utilized upto its full potential.

• Inside firewall you can go go "Network > QoS" and see interface graphs live but this requires QoS setup beforehand and it shows only egress graph so it is challenging to get download graph if you have multiple internal interfaces where data goes to.

• Chrome plugin Pan(w)achrome gives you real time interface throughput.

• Use external monitoring system and collect interface utilization info over time using SNMP protocol.
