I HAVE IPSEC TUNNEL BETWEEN MY PA AND another SIDE IS CISCO ASA, NOW ON BOTH SIDE THE IP IS SAME. SO HOW I WILL CONFIGURE NAT FOR THE SAME IP?

if there is IP overlap between 2 sites, both should apply NAT on the tunnel
check out this article: DotW: Help with IPSec Proxy IDs with overlapping IPs
