Is it possible to force generating a daily pdf report? I am working on fine tuning reports to be send out on a daily bases, but I really don't want to wait 24 hours to wait for the result. Is there a way to force sending our the daily reports? There is a button to send a test email, but that only sends a plain text email. (Please see attached screen shot)

I don't believe so.
The device starts kicking off the reports around, this may have changed, at 0100 local device device for the previous day. Around 0300 or 0400 it runs the email jobs.

Can you not click on the actual report and then hit "Run" -> export it to PDF/CSV? I have not seen email option for that.
