I have a Firewall with PAN-OS 10.2.2-h2, and in this version a can´t change my expired password Active Directory. Can you help me with this problem? Has anynone seen this problem?

I have Firewall Palo Alto version 3260 with PAN-OS 10.2.2-h2 and Two RADIUS Server with Windows Server 2019 and I use Global Protect version 6.0.3.

In the RADIUS Server Windows 2019 and Global Protect no chage were made.

PS.: When my password expires and I try change the password a received the message "Your password has expired and must be changed". Then I put the new password and received the same message....."Your password expired and must be changed......Picture for this message in attached.

Hello,

I would suggest opening a support case as this could be a bug in the code.
