I need to authenticate with my SMTP server to email reports

I'm trying to set up scheduled reports to automatically be emailed to me every day.   I've gotten everything set up except for the SMTP server settings.  I can't find anywhere to put in my username and password.  I'm looking in Device > Server Profiles > Email.  Help!  Thanks in advance.

You shouldn't need to have a username/password for email alerts. You should be able to point mail to your SMTP mail server IP/domain name. If this is not working as expected, you can try following this article to help troubleshoot.



Herein lies the problem.  We do not run our own SMTP server.  We use GoDaddy's email service.  For now I will have to find an open relay or bite the bullet and set up an SMTP server just for our PAN.
