It is mentioned in policy look-up: If security policy has associated profile and/or application is subject to content inspection,
setup content inspection session.
what are those applications which are subjected to content inspection?
what is checked first app-id or content ID-- In My view it should be app id. Please correct if I am wrong here.
How to configure content ID?

Hi...Please check out this document on packet flow through the PA. You are correct, AppID is performed before content ID. You can configure content ID under File Blocking Profile. When you set the action=alert then the PA will identify the contents (.pdf, .exe, etc) and log them. You can see the various apps where we scan for contents. Thanks.
