Question, when we were using the User Identification Agent Version 3.1.2 we could filter out accounts by editing the “ignore_user_list.txt” in the pan agents folder (typically c:\Program Files\Palo Alto Networks\PanAgent). Now we have upgraded to the User-ID Agent Version 4.1.1-7, is there a way to filter out accounts in a txt file and in filter what groups the User-ID Agent Version 4.1.1-7 looks at like we could in User Identification Agent Version 3.1.2?
Thanks for your replies.

You should be able to use the same txt file and move it to the new directory where 4.1 agent was installed.
Thanks.

Thanks this works for me very useful, we have Sophos Antivirus and the update manager user was causing issues, this really needs to be added as a GUI feature to the agent, or even to the agent documentation/help.
