You looking into IPV6 not IPv4. fix the filter unless you are using IPv6.

Hi @MyungGyo ,

Can you provide more information describing the problem you are experiencing?

Which IP do you think is not shown properly?

What version are you running?

The ip address is shown as ipv6. Occasionally, it appears as ipv4, but most of the time it appears as ipv6.
OS version is 10.1.0.

You could have NAT64 in your network. if not just disable IPv6.

I had the same issue with IPv6 completely disabled.

upgraded to 10.1.3 and it seems fixed, at least for the moment.

i could confirm the behaviour working for round about 6 hours, afterwards i again got only ipv6 addresses - IPv6 disabled on all interfaces. could you provide feedback if you've experienced the same behaviour?

indeed, back to weird looking addresses (+ half broken ACC which sometimes just displays nothing, which is a new thing)

Any solution to this? Upgraded to 10.1.5-h1 and did get the same behaivor.

PAN-175149

(

PA-800 and PA-7000 Series firewalls and the PA-220 firewall only

) Fixed an issue where ACC and scheduled reports (

Monitor
Manage
Manage Custom Reports

) incorrectly displayed the IPv6 address instead of the IPv4 address.
