Could you please help me with a small query.

Do we have any concept like IP SLA   to monitor an ip and deactive route in a routing table.

It's called Path Monitoring, and it is based on pings only -> https://docs.paloaltonetworks.com/pan-os/9-1/pan-os-admin/networking/static-routes/configure-path-mo....

For something similar to IP SLA, you could configure PAN-OS SD-WAN which looks at delay, jitter, and packet loss.
