I have a group of users that use Sprint and Verizon hot spots in order to establish a VPN connection from a remote location to our corportate network using the Global Protect Agent. Some of the hotspots are experiencing a 2-3 Mbps upload and 2-3 Mbps download speeds. The users at these locations are experiencing VPN disconnection issues such as the following: they will successfully establish a VPN connection to the corporate network via the hot spot and then would be disconnected within 3-6 minutes, the connection does not automatically reconnect, and the users would have to enter in their username and password again in order to connect. Does anyone know if there is a minimum speed requirement for using the Global Protect Agent.

There really isn't a minimum spead however I would harbor a guess that these experiance a large amount of dropped packets and the like.
