Hello,
We added a new VDSL Link on port 1/4 and created the PBF rule so that if the primary goes down, it will switch over to the backup. PBF rule is working fine and internet failover works okay.
However, customer accesses an internal Server across the client VPN, and when we enable the PBF rule, all access to that server is blocked via the VPN.
If we disable the PBF rule, the access to the server via the VPN works again. VPN access works when I enable the PBF Rule.
Any idea how to resolve this?

Hello,
Sounds like a routing issue? If the PBF is not in effect, the PAN's routing table takes over. I would say make sure everything there is working as it should. The logs should point you in the right direction.

Hi @OtakarKlier
When the PBF is in effect, how does the routing works? Do you have any KB articles that explains this?

Hello,
PBF is processed prior to the routing table, so think of it as an override.

Hope that helps.
